Your Affordable, Stylish Event Space in Baton Rouge
The Epic Hangout Venue is the perfect spot for intimate celebrations and small gatherings. Whether you’re planning a baby shower, meeting, private dinner, birthday party, or a themed sleepover, our space is designed to give you comfort, flexibility, and a beautiful setup that fits your event needs. With room for up to 40–50 people standing or 25–35 seated, plus the option for up to 10 tee pees, your event experience will feel spacious and personalized.
Our venue is affordably priced at $400 for non-clients and $350 for Epic Clients or Lil Minnie Did It Clients, giving you full access to the amenities and event-ready setup you need.
Deposits & Rental Policies
To secure your date, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required. A $150 refundable clean-up deposit will be issued once all décor is removed by the end of your event or by 9 AM the next morning, all balloons are popped and thrown away, and all trash is cleared within 24 hours.
Please note:
No smoking or vaping inside the building
Nothing may be stuck or taped to the walls
Police presence may be required depending on the event type
Overnight stays are available
Remaining balance is due one week before the event
